Idea virus.

Essential to idea viruses are memorable names, imagery, sounds and concepts. What are your experienced opinions then, on a service that offers original company names and slogans and such things? Obviously there are thousands of such companies, but I mean on a small scale, an independant scale. Do any of you believe that it can be profitable for an individual to offer up this type of service to people he/she encounters?

I have always had a knack for such things, and I've come up with names and slogans for a few companies now, usually just for small fees or shares and such things, but all on a personal level. I'd like to hear what potential you all think this has?

This would be a good description for what you're trying to do. Best advice I could offer with the limited knowledge I have about your field of work is relevant to all business.

Once you gain momentum doing something and you somewhat feel confident in your abilities to provide good service/product, then the rest sort of falls in place. On an individual level, there are many websites that request the aid of designers and such, its up to you to seek them out.

You should really just go with it, most of the time will be spent trying to figure out how to get the next job, which ultimately leads you to freely grow as fast or as slow as you would like.

Indeed. My thoughts exactly, thanks for that. I think it'll be an interesting side project, and branch of a self branding tree. lol
