Flood Maps

Here is an application that plots this already on Google Maps... It goes up to 14 meters of flood increase. So that would mean the water would increase in elevation by 46 Feet.

What will be necessary is to estimate the volume of ice at the poles and then to calculate how much heat is required to change the phase of this ice to liquid state. Once you have that heat we can estimate the time required for this 46 foot elevation in tidal plane. Then you can find out the # of properties on these new "waterfronts" and determine approximately how much cash you will need to accumulate to purchase them.

And then all you need to do is invent a second sun that is twice as large, twice as hot, and twice as close so that you can get those damn polar ice caps melted in time to see a return on your investment (although the cost of inventing this sun and setting it in orbit might make the entire project a little cost prohibitive).

okay, i have another incredible idea worth gazillions.
