Dear forum members

I have an idea for a huge business venture in the catering sector, I can't disclose the idea yet as it s in his infancy. It is a new concept in the fast food catering business, I'm located in London and I'm planning to initially start opening branches in central London and gradually expand everywhere in the world, just to give you an example similar to what Starbucks cafe' did.

I don't have experience in managing and organizing such huge idea, I guess I will need a great branding and franchising idea, plus strategies how to protect the idea etc.

I will appreciate if anybody expert can give me any guidance.
