How are you doing guys and gals, I usually troll the threads and never post, because you guys anwser all my questions one way or the other.....

Well guys I have been soul searching as of lately, trying my best to pool my resources and conjure ideas for a business. I've done e-commerce before, not because I love the money, just because I loved the products(retail clothing).
I thought to myself hmmm, I want to get into business again but I need minimal start-up costs, and something profitiable. Then booooommmm!!!

I wanted to start a cleaning service, now I live in South Florida where landscapers, roofers, and pool maintenance business owners are making 6 figures easily. I thought to myself people will always pay other people to do what they are capable of doing, I'm not saying most people are lazy.....yes they are lol

Here is the twist, my good friend owns a modeling agency and he is also a professional photographer and graphic designer. He has tons of beautiful girls who are very open minded and money motivated. So I figured......

A lingerie cleaning service, or swimsuit, or even.......topless!!!!! My family is in the clothing industry so we could make some really sexy uniforms for the women and have them clean the homes like that. I have my rates set up for the most part, and I will build a beautiful website with all the models potfolios, so the customer can call in and schedule whoever they'd like!!! I will defitintely need security though, some people are just

Dude, seriously I have a cleaning service. And it is fully dressed with respect. And you can charge $20-$100 an hr. depending on if it is in a small town or Austin, TX. So there Is money to be made in a respectiable, professionally dressed bussiness.

I think it's a great idea and you'd probably have a nice niche among a select group of wealthy individuals. That and maybe younger guys that live together (might do well around a college campus.) I say go for it, and be sure to make the website very sexy but also very classy and professional. Worst that can happen in your town is you'd generate a big buzz which would be great for business. And if it doesn't catch on, you can also change the biz over to a traditional cleaning business without much trouble.

Expect the majority of your clients that will want to pay to have sex with the girls.

If you can deal with the risks and make that an upsell then great, you have a profitable business (but illegal). You would also be cutting out a huge amount of family oriented clients by making your service "sexy".

Otherwise I forsee this being a huge problem for you, and not worth the headaches.

I would go for the traditional cleaning service someone mentioned above.

Well, I think it would work and the business is out there. However, like others mentioned, you are really going to have to provide security for the girls (as you mentioned) and you will deal with clients constantly trying to pay for sex. If something goes down, you will be in big trouble. Also, will these girls really provide good services as maids? are they really going to clean and scrub all day?

i would go with a sexy delivery service or something. My gf actually suggested something like that once. You can do a concierge service or something, where beutiful women do your shopping or walk the dogs or even wash the car, but I dont think theyll be scrubbing toilets...someone will end up paying for sex if theyre in the house to long. Sex sells so you can find a market niche. Maybe you could even have models for hire for parties and things. As in, if someone has a party, they can pay to have a bevy of models at the party.

You have access to a resource and the desire to make money. Surely you can find something for models to do.

you should have a budget for that..you may consider it as starting from a scratch but you really need to put on some hard work.create a business plan ahead of preparing your loans. you;re going to spend in around $50 and up, so, you'd better plan everything
