Start buying some you think are good, then re-selling them for more? Try Godaddy.com and look for what you think are good domains.

Firstly do you own names already? If so then go to places like namepros, dn forum and sell them there(most of the members on there are resellers, some end-users(if your lucky) but you usually get a higher price and a sale compared to eBay)

If not get yourself a namecheap, godaddy account an buy some names and resell them - don't use 1&1 becuase your going to get bad service and most people won't touch the name if its with them therefore your gonna have to push them onto another registrar(if 1&! allow this) and it will cost ya.

Make sure you do a lot of research. I wouldn't reccommend getting into it if you're just after quick cash. You really have to want to be successful at it.
