I want to start a niche adsense site any advice?

I'm thinking of starting a couple niche adsense sites. I have a couple ideas and would like to start building the sites soon, is their any advice anyone could give me or any good article I could read? Can it be a good stream of income?

i played around with it and the only one i have generated income with is my blog
i personally dont like adsense
i make more money with clickbank

Researched a bit about the niche online manga industry and discovered that some sites are making a killing.

A simple website with a wordpress template is getting more than 5 million visitors a month Read Free Manga Online at One Manga. Online manga scans reader.

And some others aren't that far behind it.

Seems like this stuff is starting to get popular with the kids, but not a lot of people are noticing it.

Hey there,
My suggestion is buy some sites that are already established, then continue to build on what is already there. Thats the best way, I think. Build it up to a certain amount then you can turn around and sell it in a few years. Thats what I do is hold on to my sites for a few years then flip them for profit.
