A good strategy to make money that does not require any money is to affiliate market. Affiliate marketing is pretty selling somebody elses product and making commission out of it. There are a number of websites that you can check out to get started. If you are a good salesman you can make a lot of money.

i never tried, maybe because every time i think to try it i find it more complex

also it needs lots of time online to promote products etc

I have ever seen much information about the affiliate programs, it sounds great. but i never tried before. it is not easy to convince others ,if they are not your own products. it is complex . you should know firstly about the supplier and the products and then advertise them.
