Your mission statement needs some work. It really is a little too cheesy and not very professional. The website could use a little sharpening up as well. It’s never easy getting started but you came to the right place for advice and guidance.

The site itself is all over the place... too many attention grabbers. The top links are displaced and look like google ads. The other portions are too snippy... The resume is a wrapper... It should be completely re-done in my opinion. I hired a Public Relations manager for my new company, due to launch in early April - and she didnt have anything near that complicated... but it was to the point and easy to read.

Why use a free web site service that puts ads on your site? That is defintely not very professional. You certainly should choose a different product out there which allows you to be advertisement free. There are some great products which are still free or very cheap.

Ya, get rid of the advertisements on the top of the site, also, I would change the template, If i didnt take some time to read the content I would think it was some kind of destination/travel site.
