I need to hire a sale's person/ need help
I started an advertising business brochure thats goes out to over 15000 residential hoouses. I need to hire a sale's person, they would have to offer the advertising to all local businesses. i just dont have the budget to pay a salary otr hourly. i have decided to pay them straight commission. i need ideas on how to pay them or what percent of commission should i giver them. the least cost package is $534 for six months, if i give them 10% for each package that they sell, i think its money. do you guys think its to little or to much. any advise will be helpful.
