I need some help starting a T-Shirt company

Hello everyone, and I am interested in starting my own t-shirt company. I have the ideas, I have some drawings for images and logos, and I have the desire to make it all happen. However, I dont have a connect for slik screening, websites, t-shirts, and other resources I will more than likely need. Im trying to build my network and get some good resources that will help me get started and sustain a fully functioning business. Can the YE community please help me out and give me some advice towards what next step I should be taking to get started.

Research is your next step. Break it all into little pieces so you don't choke. Start slowly writing your business plan as you find the answers to your questions. This way you will be able to better ask for investors when you are ready.

Whats next after the business plan? I know I need to find a good silk screener, some quality shirts and what not...tags. Basically suppliers. I am having trouble putting a business plan together. Is there a certain format or outline I could follow?
