    I Need Serius Help Here

I try just a couple of times, but it does not working out.
I just need more advice I think of how American do bussines.
The situation is this: As I explain a little better, that all foreigners (outside Mèxico you are all foreigners to me) can buy Real State, here in the Baja area, beautiful ocean front land.
This place is so nice that we have few celebrities living here, (well, here among other properties they own in the whole world) Like Michael Jordan, Madonna loves it here. Sammy Hagar for quite some time now.
Any ways, I am so excited about this oportunity that I want to really do this.
The buyers that will apreciate this oportunity are in your country. And this is my goal, find a way to reach to them, investors, buyers, people that know people that would like to know about this.

The lots are 45 north from Cabo San Lucas.

Ocean front, ocean view, farm parcels, just one km away from the nearest town.

Big develoments are to come. (homes, hotels, golf courses)

All american can buy a piece they just have to use a Trust (fideicomiso)
    full ownership.

The prices are very low beause the owners of the land are selling directly to the buyers.

Please let me know any extra information that I am missing here. Any help will be highly apreciated.

    Hola Isabella,

Well I'll be in Cabo San Lucas for the first time in two weeks. From what I understand, there is already a lot of construction and timeshare development going on. I am a little confused about what you are proposing to do. Are you trying to be a middleman by selling these lots for the owners?

Cabo San Lucas and Los Cabos are two entirely different cities. You fly into Los Cabos, which is, in my opinion, less Americanized and less attractive on many fronts. Then you drive 45 minutes or so to Cabo San Lucas. I don't know that you'll be interested in opportunities in Los Cabos if you have a picture of Cabo San Lucas in your mind. However, there are opportunities nonetheless, as there are anywhere.

I'm not interested in opportunities. I'm just going on vacation there.

    Isabella,

I've been invited to attend presentations on buying land in Mexico. Perhaps the best way for you is to do the same thing. You have to think out of the box. Forums like this would be a hard sell.

The one I was invited to, they were at an event attended by 20,000 +. They generated leads there, invited them to a dinner and presentation for a later date. I didn't go but I'm assuming after presentation-they had a pitch session.

You might have to put out some money to lure your clients in which case, wine and dine or a free trip to see the location themselves.

    Just a few thoughts.
