I need a WordPress Developer

Howdy, I'd like to make a few changes to my blog and I'm having trouble getting things to look good. My blog Everything you need to know about auto auctions, vehicle donations, non-profits, and the life of an entrepreneur needs to have AdWords added as well as some places set-up for banner advertisements. Lastly, I'd like to get my blog to feed to a few different directory sites. If you know how to do all this send me a PM with some links to work you have done recently.

I've had terrible luck with developers over the past few months so I'm very animent about the fact that I will not pay for the work until it is complete. You can use my rep on YE as a credit check. If you are not comfortable with this set-up then please do not bother to PM me.
