Where can I get this done?


I need a website completely custom built, programmed, and designed.

I have looked at scriptlance.com, but they are all outside the country and I am not sure how legit they are. They offer anywhere from $400 - $8,000 to get it done.

I am just not sure what is the best option for this. Any suggestions on a company or place I should look to get this done for the best price possible?
