I’m in need of a new phone service provider

I’m fed up with my current phone service provider Uslec/Paetec. I’ve been using them since April and they had done nothing but stress me out with all their problems.

Here is what I need:
I have 24 lines coming across a T-1 with 20 incoming/outgoing, one fax and three internet redundancy lines incase my primary T-1 goes down. I have six hunt groups each of them with a different four ring roll over to an off site call center. I do not use voicemail.

I’m currently paying $900 per month for all this. Does anyone provide these services or can you direct me towards someone who does?
