I have a few questions.......
Ok i want to open up a business (sometime this year) and until then ill be gathering all the information and constructing a business plan etc.

The business is www.LiquidatedBusiness.com

and ill be selling Bankrupt stock to sellers on ebay / there own ecommerce site and other businesses. (Ill be buying large quantities of bankrupt stock/surplus stock/clearance stock. and breaking it up and selling it on, just as a wholesaler would do with buying off the manufacture, they would break it up and sell on etc.

this business is doing something similar

But i want to know
1) Do i need a sellers ID to continue with this,
2)what other paperwork will i need to fill out etc.


i have more questions will ask when i have more time, etc

Also i will sell through eBay as well as my site as people trust dealing through ebay, through feedback ratings etc
