    I have a big problem

    I can't focus on business because my head is filled with negative thoughts. Just random things that I am scared are going to happen. Some don't directly involve business but as long as they are on my mind I can't concentrate. I am sure some of you have had a similar problem how do yo deal with it.

    think about the opposites of what scares you. When you think 'what if this(negative) happens, feel free to also think 'what if it doesn't happen?'

    I can understand what you're going though.

    For years I suffered from the same problem which prevented me from getting very far with things that I was trying to accomplish - specifically business ventures that I was involved with.

    I kept wondering why I wasn't finding any success with my businesses. Then one day it dawned on me: I was standing in the way of my own success with all of my negative thoughts and my fear of bad things that were going to happen.

    Once I broke out of that, I started making money and finding success in my business ventures.

    Do yourself a favor. Make a commitment to give up those negative thoughts and start living your life to the fullest. Take some time to think about why you're having these fear and confront them. Then you can move on from there.

    You have to get over it. Eliminate those thoughts from your mind, and fast because they can mean disaster to your company. Running a business requires complete focus. Focus on the task at hand and get it done. It's nothing personal, just business.

    I don't know if you've ever studied martial arts, but if you haven't, meditating really works. It will help you become one with your mind, body, and spirit. Try it out, and let me know if this works for you or not.

    Planning

    Prevents

    Piss

    Poor

    Performance

    Make a list of the things you are scared of, and plan how best to avoid those things. It's no guarantee that they wont happen, but at least you'll know better how to deal with them if they do.

    Maybe you have a small case of anxiety. Anyway, just set a goal each day. If it were related to your business that would be even better. That way if you accomplish it you will feel better and want to accomplish more goals the next day.

    Do nothing. By the next day you'll be ok. It happens; if it's much more serious than that, you need to step back and evaluate things and yourself.

    haha...no shrink necessary. just take a long drive at night with some of you favorite music...i recommend trace...ATB...but thats just me.
