Own it, dive it, hit it head on. If the idea is good, you believe in it, don't let any naysayer take you down. It's tough to do, it takes a lot of self confidence to take all the negative comments, etc. Part of being an entrepreneur.

What a perfect plug for me! Seriously though just talking about it and venting usually helps.

Shrinks are overrated. The best therapists are friends.

What helped me a bit, is to look at every negative thought, and try to turn that the positive way. Try to benefit from each problem.

My advice would be to just get it going keep pushing it forward in spite of yourself. Don't project the negativity, even if you feel it.

In my situation, I have the same kinds of negative thoughts and fears. In spite of that, I made a few phone calls and got some of the 'right' people behind my idea. Now I couldn't stop it even if I wanted to because the other people involved are driving me to continue. I know this for sure because my own doubts caused me to attempt to cancel the project I am working on, but I was pulled back on track by a supporter and now I am going to do it no matter what.

Time goes by whether you do or don't. What do you want to be looking back on two years from now?
