i need help in my directory idea

here it is i am a caterer and i started to build this directory but i cant optize or a few other things this is where you come in

my idea is on the web now i own it .
we are marketing 50 states lets say 6 to 10 cities
5 companies per feild 15 fields at 24.00 per adveritising
look it over it sounds alot more then it is
the pay breaks down to
(50states)x(6 cities)X(15 different fields)x(5 companies adveritising)x(24.00 per month)
equals 540.000 per month when they are all filled

again look over my website at giganteweddingdirectory.
tell me if this is something you would like to get into this site needs alot of work
i have a guy to do it all for 7,000 dollars... if you can do it then the buy in will be small and i will get papers drawn up to make us partners again just look it over and tell me what you think

I wish you the best of luck- I'm concerned with the 'not hard to get people' part of this comment. This is true when its free (somewhat). Once you start charging you'll see it gets a bit more complicated.

the comment of getting people i made is just from my own numbers of people i have worked with i want to show up in all 50 states and of course we will give a free month to try it but i believe it is in adveritising marketing and becoming know by wedding shows work of mouth ect...

the adveritising is where we make our money and i am open or flexible in price for now.

So you are going to take the $7000 and give it to someone else who will spend it on fixing your site and then marketing the site? Do you know how much will be spent on the site and how much on marketing? Do you know where this person will spend your marketing dollars? What are you offering in exchange for the $7000?

I'm trying to help you here. You are not going to find a partner of any type unless you are clear about that you are doing with the money. I believe in another post you were looking to borrow $15K. You need to have more information available before you go asking for money. You may have some good ideas, but you are not going about this the right way.

Would you give someone $7K or $15K or even $1000 if you had no idea what they were going to do with the money? You seem to be getting defensive about something.

If you do not have a break down of how 'this guy' you know is going to spend the $7K on 'web development & advertising' then you shouldn't be asking someone else to foot the bill.

This is just my two cents... good luck
