Heya guys, we've got the alpha release ready for Vacancy Bid - Online Recruitment Platform (our "ebay for recruitment" marketplace)
It's a nifty business model. The employers post positions for free and nominate a 10-15% recruitment fee (% of 1st year salary). With an average salary of $50-80k for positions listed on VB, the winning recruiter stands to collect $5-15k per sucessful placement, and we keep 25% of that amount (about $2-4k). With these numbers, it's not impossible to quickly breakeven.
Anyway, we're gonna need an experienced usability/GUI wizard to whip up the alpha into a beta release.
Anyone in Australia?
