I like the flash header the the user interface, easy to navigate and have cool color combination. congrats!

I think it looks nice, but I do have an issue with the three sections on the left (Practice, Perform, Progress) and the four sections at the bottom (Quality Systems, Research Solutions, Consulting Services, Corporate Training) not being fully clickable. The items on the left are begging me to click on them, but they are not links. The items on the bottom are also begging me to click on them, but I am required to find that little More Info link. I would like to see the whole item (graphic, header, body, and link) as a clickable link pointing to the same place as More Info.

Its great, just don't understand what you guys actually do.

As cool as the flash movie is... you really don't need it on any other page besides the index, its just pushing your content down and that with the nav reloading starts to get annoying.

Definitely make the titles and images of the sections linked.

Alot of broken links, href="#", and the FAQ page is missing.
