I've got a few ideas that I think could be profitable.

A couple I think could be sold on those TV adds. A couple more would be sold to business and governments.

I have the ideas and the vision, but I'm not sure what route to go getting a product designed.

For instance, one of my ideas uses lasers to measure distance. I can picture what the product will look like, what it would do, and how it would be useful, but I have no idea whatsoever on how to design a prototype with a laser that measure distance, gives a digital readout, and sets the indicator light off, etc (don't want to be too descriptive on the product here).

Where do I go? Who can I trust?
