How To start a Valet Parking Company

    Hi,

I have been operating my own company in the parking business for 4 years, starting when I was 19. Starting with a single location in Columbus, Ohio, we have expanded aggressively and now have over 50 employees. Our model is very scalable and we are poised to extend into other markets across the country. If anyone needs help starting their own company, feel free to contact me. We are looking for other motivated and experienced individuals to partner with!

    Hi Joel,

It's great that you've had success at an early age, and that you're looking to expand and help others grow a business at the same time. This is what this site is all about. Are you looking at a franchise model, partnership...? In any case I'm sure there are people in the forum who would be interested in such an opportunity.

    Best of luck to you!
    John

    Thanks John, I appreciate that.

We have decided to go the partnership route and want to keep it affordable to get involved with us. We are not looking for a large amount of upfront capital but rather entering into an operating agreement that is mutually beneficial and promotes strategic long-term growth. What we basically have is a business in a box that the right person is going to be able to hit the ground running with, and have ability to leverage our brand and resources to grow.

There is another post that I responded to when I first started which generated a lot of interest. Apparently, it is the first hit that comes up on google when 'starting a valet company' is searched.. I had over 30 people contact me over the last couple years (hats off to you guys here at YE) so anyway I thought it would be a good time to make a new thread before we launch a SEO campaign to get the word out on a large scale.

John... Phoenix is one the top valet markets in the country. Keep that in mind!
