How to post a business proposal?

I have this great idea for a business, but now I'm stuck on the financial aspect of my business plan. I need to find out how much a company/organization is willing to pay for a ten-question survey my company would distribute for them. Is there any way to post this question so that numerous companies can see and reply, or must I contact numerous random business's marketing departments?
