    how to find more funding?

Hey guys i want to know if anyone has any advice on how to find seed funding or venture capital and then how to go about getting it? Has anyone successfully used any of those websites that list different investors or are they just to unreliable? What about reaching out to a business consulting firm, and seeing if they can set me up? What are some common practices in this process? anything would be great.!

Try your attorney and accountant. Next check with your local Angel Investor Group.

Make sure you comply with federal and state securities laws if you are issuing securities to individuals by writing a private placement memorandum - see Reg-D and Accredited Investors.
