I'm a new member to the AT&T sales team and I'm looking for advice. I want to come out strong but this is my first sales job. What are some tips and advice for outstanding numbers out the gate? This is a commision based job so my income is limitless. How can I be outstanding???

You are selling the same products/service that the very best AT&T rep is selling, and the very worst. The difference is you. You need to be upbeat, you need to be genuinly excited about what you're selling (consumer smell fake a mile away) and you need to be 100% focused on the client you are with at that very moment. "How can I close this deal" should never come accross your mind (at least not thay the client can tell) But every word, every head nod needs to be focused on listening to your client and showing them something that can solve their problem. And if you can't help them, be honest - They'll appreciate it, and it's never a loss because you can always ask for refferals. And if they trust you- you'll get them!

Remember, the client doesn't care about how you're going to put food on your table, only how you can help them. So that's exactly what you need to be thinking when you're with them
