Hi, I need some advice on how to deal with distributors. I am trying to get access to cpu's and many computer parts.

Currently I am told by many distributors to have a resellers license but I don't plan to resell. Currently I want computer parts to inter grade them into my product. I also would need server type parts like raid. I need that for a online business I plan to start.

I would like to know how I should go abouts getting computer parts at a discount price not retail.

I am in college and majoring in business, accounting specifically. I already was told about whole sellers like to deal with small to large businesses. They don't like to deal with people starting businesses and have short cash on hand.
