How to add a partner/owner to an existing LLC?

Welp, just like the title says. I found the form 424 for amending an existing company, however I do not understand how to add a second partner using this form. Thanks!

What is needed to amend your LLC varies by state. More than likely, you will just need to change your original Articles of Organization to a partnership.

I'm sure if you call your state office, they will be happy to guide you with any necessary paperwork or you maybe be able to do it online.

I looked at form 424 and did not see anything about adding a member. My suggestion is to call your state and they will advise you.

haha, I did and this is what they said to use. Oh well, I guess I will call back. I should add that I am in Texas. If anyone has a tip in the mean time let me know...
