How should I word an email to the assistant of a highly regarded professional?

Here's the story: I won an opportunity to meet a successful and famous artist. I'm also barely employed. I want to develop a good relationship with this artist even though they have no reason to take me seriously - yet. I'm thinking of contacting their assistant to tell them about my professional services. My professional services are relevant to their industry. However I worry that I would come off as obnoxious.

Any suggestions on how to write an email to someone important about your business and services without coming off as cheesy or annoying?

Maybe this is more so an issue of writing or maybe I'm breaking unspoken rules by being too forward?

You'll write most sincerely if you write, take a break, read and write again.
You need to have fresh eyes on what you've written if you want to see it how others will see it
