Question How do you write your business plans?

I've been meaning to get around to finishing a business plan for my company...problem is, deciding which program to use to start it, and finishing it.

I can use the guides that's on this site, but it doesn't say which programs is best for writing them business plans.

We personally dont use a program, but we do follow other business plans and add/delete/mix sections from them to compile our own(of course write our own content)

I agree -- I've written a couple. Just follow a template. Try to follow it closely, but you can pick and choose categories most relevant to your business and industry. I wrote an article about this actually if you get discouraged:

Business Plan Pro. The software is amazing. You can write a bplan and have it come out great. They guide you through each part step by step and even give you examples along the way. I wrote two bplans on here. Highly recommend it!
