I like to think of the end product. I ask myself what can come of this if i keep working.

I find that I work best when I have a good start to my day. I eat a nice big breakfast and catch up on news, then I start working. I also meditate occassionally, especially when I am under a lot of stress. Even when I have more work, I get more done when I stop and relax for a few minutes, because I am more productive when I do work. Finally, on the days when I am really feeling down, I have an inspirational video that I like to watch that always gets me psyched up. Here is the video: How Bad Do You Want It? (Success) HD - YouTube. And no, this isn't my video.

have a strategy, set tasks that when accomplished lead to the end goal, i find constantly working towards something never allows me to lose motivation and always remain focus.

build in fun and family time or what ever it is you like to do to relax or have fun into your plan

I think that as long as you believe that your goal is possible to achieve you will stay motivated
Problem start when you loose faith in what you are doing,
so for me the key point is to set to myself targets interesting for me and achievable as well.
I know it is hard and the sometime you will lose faith that your goals are achievable and reasonable but that is a beauty of life

My boyfriend and I actually email eachother in the morning with goals that we are setting for the day, it's nice to be able to say at the end of the day that you achieved them!

Always try and squeeze a 5 minute walk outside after lunch or when you've been engrossed behind the computer for 3+ hours. It does wonders and gets the creative brain back on track

    I come to YE forums

Seriously though, anytime I feel like I have hit a wall, I get up and walk (outside perferablly). Fresh air help wake me up again. And for those especially bad days...venti caramel macchiato with an add shot from my friends at Starbucks does the trick!

Well I keep myself motivated by:

    * Talking to myself (it works, especially when you're down at any given moment and you need to talk yourself out of it)

    *I act like am motivated
    - If you wire you're mind that you feel motivated, even if you don't, it will give in to it and you'll feel motivated throughout the day

*wake up and think happy thoughts (cheezy! but it helps to jump start the day)

*Having fun with everything I do (even if I don't like it at all)

It's all about hitting a gear in your mind to be motivated and stay at a motivated state. You make the decision and your body needs to follw the boss(brain).

    Dose for Motivation

    1. You are unique. Never in the last billion years there has been anyone like you. Not till world exists there will anyone like You. ASSERT your Uniqueness. Make your sound heard in the Universe.

    2. Know you are are Unique. You can't see the air yet you know it is there.

    3. Know your success is guaranteed. The Universe wants you successful.

I hope that is enough dose for this moment

I tell myself to "go through it." Go through it. Go through the roughness, the pressure and the stress. Go through it.

When I do go through it, mentally and physically, and successfully make it out alive, I become stronger from it knowing that I can do it anytime again, but the next time stronger and more aware and more present, using nearly everything that discourages me towards my advantage.

I stay motivated by having a picture of the house I will build,
taped right below my keyboard where I see it all the time...

When I don't feel like doing something, I look at the pic and
    do what ever it takes.
