Staying motivated throughout the day can be difficult for most people. However for being motivated, I start up a day with positive words in mind that Today is going to be most amazing day! I always make a list (in my mind) of everything that I need to accomplish that a single day.I also keep a note of my progressive accomplishments and keep pushing forward.

Rest, exercise, and setting goals offer motivation to me.

I stay motivated throughout the day by being positive/optimistic in all the things I'm doing. Thinking of good memories or ideas that will make me smile the whole day. Focusing on what task is assigned and trying my best to finish it.

I always think positive even though times have been difficult because in doing so I don't easily get angry and when I work I can accomplish all the tasks assigned to me...

    1. Meditate for at least 15min in the morning
    2. Go to the gym
    3. Eat a green smoothie for breakfast!
    4. Read inspirational quotes or pages of a book
    5. Call your support network during the day for accountability
    6. Make a reasonable list of to-dos every morning and check them off
    7. Celebrate your wins
    8. Take baby steps
    9. Do something fun at the end of the day to motivate you
10.Stay positive and remember that it's about the journey and not the ending.

It's not easy. Watch inspirational videos from time to time, make pauses and take short walks to clear your head.

Try to keep a social life; the loss of this can and will destroy some of the most will-minded people.
