How do you go about finding a foreign product not currently in your country?

    Hi

How would I go about finding another product not in the UK currently and import it to sell to the UK market? Are there any good websites for this or international trade fairs?

    Thanks

One of my favourite pieces of advice was this: Entrepreneurs are not lucky, they are always in the right place at the right time, the right place at the wrong time, the wrong place at the right time and the wrong place at the wrong time.

The point is I think most people were in, or a consumer of, a career/industry/field and saw the opurtunity from there. I would say if international trade fairs would be a good place to start although I have little experience in this. I will tell you that if you cannot afford to attend you can go to the show's website, look up vendors, and visit their websites. This takes more work, but is essentially free. Find out if these vendors are in your market, research them and their product at the same time and try that.
