Become an agent for something. like an agent to help people find jobs, atfirst you will need to work hard core to get contracts up, but afterwards as long as you have people you found jobs for, you will get paid / hour a share of their wages.

pretty cool idea if you can get it going.

Also, u can be an agent for differetn activities , for example, tuition agency

So u help parents, find tutors around their area, and you get a profit share of that tutor's money,

Or you can start a business directory from a specific niche

    Passive Income

My business is soley designed to create a lifetime of passive income. It is all through royalties from information products that I create once and others sell for me. Once I finish creating them, I never have to do any further work except for paying taxes.

I don't create a sales page nor do I deal with sales at all, I use an automated system which takes a cut of sales that others have made. There are an infinite number of ways that anybody can do this.

fellas, let's cut the buzz words

this passive income thing means interest, dividends, royalties or rent

these are derived by ownership of assets

JuanYanez, if you want a list of assets that produce interest, royalties, dividends or rent, just have a look at nasdaq or something

i won't, however, accept that operating revenue is some sort of magical passive income. it's just revenue, produced by work and other expenses

You can create passive income from nearly anything. For instance, Web hosting (or anything that is subscription-based) provides passive income, as your customers come back every month (or week, day, year, whatever).

there's nothing passive about running a hosting shop, in the same way as there's nothing passive about revenues in general

i'm against buzzwords, and passive income is a buzzword

subscription revenue is just that - revenue

whether it's reoccurring is dependent on the churn rate

you're right, passive income is probably just a a buzz word....and it's probably used over and over again to sell multitudes of get rich books, materials, and whatnot.

But anywho there comes a time when a buzz word isn't a buzz word anymore and just becomes mainstream for everyone...I've been reading it over and over for a while now and it feels mainstream to me...

I'm rambling. In my eyes passive income is income you get with little-no time upkeep necessary (lazy cash).
If you want to be rich, sell products and services.
If you want to be insanely rich, create and control markets.
I must create a system or be enslaved by another mans; I will not reason and compare: my business is to create.

a: invent a new word so it looks like you have something new to say

web3.0 anyone? or what about some ajax? i hear that's selling well

who the hell wants to read about programming in javascript

    ajax sounds so much better
