How do I find software engineers?

Hello,

I have come up with several business ideas that involve the creation of innovative software. My ideas range from a smaller product that would be marketed to college students up to large scale ideas such as banking software. I have no education or knowledge in writing software or code other than basic html so I obviously would require to form a partnership with someone in the appropriate field. I would need someone to develop, update, as well as work on all technical aspects of the product. I on the other hand would handle all business aspects such as the marketing, distribution, and accounting. I'm wondering where the best place to start is on these ideas. I would think to get a patent, and work from there. I have done my research and I know my idea aren't out there yet. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
