How do I find electronics???

Every summer thousands of people come here from foreign countries to work and travel for the summer. Usually they take a portion of their money and buy a laptop, a digital camera, an i-pod, cell phones, and a variety of electronics. I would like to start a website where they can order these products for bottom dollar. I just want to make a few bucks per transaction. I just need to know where I can buy these products for the lowest possible prices so when the consumer sees my price they won't be able to find a cheaper one anywhere else. Basically I want to choose one of the best and most affordable models of each product and sell each one at the lowest possible price. Take for instance a HP laptop. Can I work out a deal where I can buy one particular laptop over and over from them? I have no idea how this works. Where do places like Tiger Direct get this stuff? Also, if anyone is interested in being a part of this I could always use some help. I have already secured a way to market exclusively to thousands of these students, but they want the best but they wanted it cheapest so they search around the internet for it. I already have a deal set up to sell them phone cards. I have been doing that for the last 4 years.

I mean buying the products to resell. I don't see any place on the HP website where I can buy their products for resale. Where are these places that have great deals on laptops and other electronics buying their goods? The ones that come to mind are Tiger Direct and Newegg.
