How do I find a web developer for my project?(Adult Website)

Hello. Currently I am trying to set an adult(18+) website. I have emailed a dozen sites, yet no one will respond or will say not interested. I am guessing they are turning me down because of it being an adult site. Anyone have any ideas? Btw most of the site has been completed, I just need help with setting up ads.

I suggest avoiding Freelance sites. They're filled with scammers and crappy designers because of the competition. Your best bet is searching around forums and asking other sites where they got their designs from.
