How do I crop a PNG file?

I have a png file saved with 4 different logos on it. I need to crop it down and save it with just one of the logos on it. What is the easiest way to do this? I have tried to do this ms paint real quick but could not figure it out. If somebody knows how to do it real quick, I can PM you the file as well.

Open it using either Photoshop or Fireworks; crop it using the crop tool and use "save as" to save under a different name.
