How do dropshippers get around the 7-12 day freight time from China

That is with the cheaper 10$ish post. or you can pay about $20ish for a mp4 product and 3-6days postage. how can i get around the slow time of the cheap option or high cost of fast option? should i be using a forwarder in China?

how can u expect to get sales when you have to say it will take 7-12 days and your in same country lol

Fedor, I am in the US, but have a partner in China and we dropship worldwide, sending out over 100 packages on some days.

You don't get over it, you state in your terms that delivery can be up to 2 weeks. People can and do wait that long, or I would not be in business. Well, we also wholesale in jobber lots, but dropshipping is a core part of our business.

Even with the "under $20" mp3 shuffle types I have had one seller send in as many as 27 orders in one day. That was to the UK.

We do have an optional $8 upgrade to DHL on dropship orders, and some use that, but many will stick with the "free delivery confirmation air mail" that we include in our prices.

One of the hardest things to do in many businesses is to remove your personal opinions / feelings from a decision. It may be that you, personally, would never wait that long, but that does not mean everyone in the world agrees with you or thinks that way.

For 4 years I sold hundreds of items that I would "not be caught dead with" in my home. Just not my style and even if I had carried any home my wife would have rejected them because they did not suit her decor. But, I sold $250,000 worth of these goods from one supplier - because I made a profit doing so.

So, turn off the "would I do this" and give it a try, you may be pleasantly surprised.
