You get taxed at a corporate level and your personal income. I believe the current corporate tax rate is 8.85% in california. Anybody else know how some corporations avoid double taxation? I know that it's a big controversy and just wanted to know how some corporations do it.

change the corporation into a S-corp. i'm assuming your company is a C-corp that's why you get double taxation..
