I took a few project management classes in college and in reality I have managed some very large projects like the launch of an auto auction, the launch of an internet auto auction, and the launch of my company. I also have experience in writing multi-million dollar contracts.

For the life of me I can't see to write a simple RFP for a web site. I've been working on this site for months and the main problem is my inability to articulate to developers what I'm trying to do.

Does anyone know of any good books I can read that might help with this? I'm not looking for project management books... I'm looking for books specific to writing RFP's for web design. I've done a few Google searches and took a look around amazon... the books exist... I was just hoping someone on YE could tell me which 2-3 to buy.
