    How did you do your market research?

    I'm about to perform some of my own direct market research by calling up my target market and asking them a couple of questions.

    How did some of you handle the task?

    conduct a survey, and offer them a free gift. it works.

    I pretend to be a customer and then I drill my competition with questions. I take notes... then use the information to do the job better and cheaper...
