to master08...I'm in the same baot as you right now...however i have given my fooitem to one of the chain stores and they loved it...they now want to set up a demo...they asked me to bring my UPC #, which you will need....and i don't want to set up the demo until I have a comapny that will mass produce it....there are alot of companies out there...If you have a USFoods Co. or Sysco in your area I would call them and ask them if they can suggest a place...USFoods gave me the name of a company that produces what I need...however I haven't spoken to them yet...hopefully tomorrow...as for the FDA approved kitchen, that's a must...try contacting a catering facility, a pizza shop, perhaps a restaurant and ask if you can rent some kitchen time from them during their down time...or possibly even have them do it for a % of the profit....I have to believe there are enough struggling Pizza Shops, EVEN bakeries that may be interested in some extra $dough, no pun intended Set up can be a real effort but don't give up!
