How can i pay my customers for rewards, referral incentives, and such?

For my business I want to reward customers for referrals, lots of orders, rebates , etc. What is the bet way to do so? business check, money order, etc. I don't know... Just want the best and safest way

Gift cards to higher end restaurants, theme parks, weekends away at close by resorts.

Giving credit for your own goods is cheap and they know it.

You want to make an impression, go for it. 2 nights at the beach will beat free goods anytime.

Even locally, gift card/certificate for $50 at a chain restaurant is good.

Or, if a mom with kids, $50 in McDonalds coupons. Trip to a day spa.

Forget your own free goods, make it memorable, so they'll keep it up, or even pick up the pace.

AND KEEP IT "OFF THE BOOKS", so they don't have to show it as income.

Membership card
Give them membership card.

Credit for referral
Give them credit in their membership card that they can use to buy something or exchange for higher rewards.
