I got a perfect high tech product for you. Relatively recently Honda has introduced body weight assist walker. It was first designed to reduce knee fatigue in assembly line workers.

Just do a search for Honda bodyweight support system or use this link to check out a few pictures of it I Want Robot Legs, Honda Makes Them :HUMACON

Sounds like you know this business space, but here's a few things I would focus on:

-advertising - you might have the best product in the world, but how are people going to hear about it? It sounds like a fairly niche market which will require some fairly targeted advertising. The key here is efficiency - know who to sell to and don't waste time trying to sell elsewhere.

-sales channels - ties in with the last comment. you need to have the link between the product and the customer. make sure you have identified adequate sales channels to get your product to the customers. make sure your voice is heard

-distribution/manufacturing - for any given size of order you should be able to identify how it will be made and delivered. diversify - don't put all your chickens in one basket.

-differentiation/competitive advantage - how are you different? whats stopping bigger guys (i.e. dickies) from coming in undercutting you? know your competition and know how you can be better than them.

Basic stuff, but it is essential to your businesses' success. If you have any other questions, dont hesitate to ask. Good luck with everything.
