How can I get my articles published here?

I would like to contribute some value to this website/forum/blog by publishing some of my articles - Who would make that call? All I ask for in return would be a link back to my website at the bottom of the articles

At a few of the other forums I'm a member of when someone posts an exceptional article they wrote, the mod will make it a sticky, or even publish it on the forum front page.

They probably do something similar here.

Besides, posting it as an article here in the forum will let you get way more valuable feedback than a straight article with no comments.

I believe only admin and high ranking members can post blogs

Post them... As long as you do not have links in them (they can be in your signature ) you'll have no problem. Usually once the Mods find that you are not trying to spam or redirect people to malicious and/or sales sites they will let you post links in the article to blogs and what not. Articles are always a good read...
