Within the next year or so I will be opening a Hookah lounge in the Northeast Ohio area near a college campus. The purpose of this post is to gain as much knowledge as I can from other people that have either already opened a successful lounge or are planning to open a lounge in the near future and would like to share their ideas. I would like to know everything from reliable retailers to optimal seating arrangements and even successful marketing strategies (anything you have to share I would love to know). Anyone with business management or business planning experience in this area that would like to help me work out a basic plan to get started please reply.
