Hello everyone,
SO I have done a lot of research (this site included) and found that I am NOT original in terms of wanting to open a hookah bar in downtown (Near USC) Los Angeles. I want to hear your suggestions: why you think this may be a bad idea/ vs. a good one. Also do any of you know about obtaining lisence?
