Holdings Company Start-Up

Howdy guys/gals. I was looking into starting a Holdings Company in the future. Most likely after college. And Im wanting to know if anyone knows more info on it. Iv looked around and can't really find much on it. Im just wanting to know how to get started or where to get started.

If anyone has a Holdings company that is willing to share info and give me a little education on it that would be really helpful. Or just knows alot about it that could give me a rundown about it, that would be great too. I wish I could pin point more of what Im asking but im clueless on this, other than needing tons of capital lol.

Research, research, research. There is nothing worse in investing than not knowing what is in every square inch of your company or potential company.

When you start out you will say to yourself 'this is too much work', 'it isn't possible to know EVERYTHING', but this is not true. It will start out as a tedious and tiresome process. But over time you will program your sub-conscious to look for things and this process will be expedited. Listen to the cliche, "Practice makes perfect."

There are not suppose to be surprises in business. You have your entrance costs, operating costs, and exit cost. Make a business plan. Plan for tomorrow. Plan for this quarter. Plan for next year. Plan for your next step.

Yes is does take capital to do what you want to do. But if you create the mindset of what you want to be the money will come as will the success.

Control YOU. Control the future.
