I remembered seeing some advice when starting up your own business which you think you got a brilliant idea, try to get some professional legal assistance with deferred pay. If you can't get one, try the next one. There will be lawyers that believe what you do if you are not insane to think your idea is brilliant.

I think anythings possible when you play the numbers game. You will probably have to hit up a few lawyers before you get one that is ok with it.
