I bought a flat sony recently from circuit city. I compared it with your price and there is a small savings but not enough for me to have it shipped rather than just picking it up. Maybe small things, I would consider. Site looks good and complete. Good luck!

it's ok, tech/design wise
the site is missing a strong value proposition
"we price match" and "OVER 30 BRANDS AND 300 DIFFERENT MODELS!" are features
they need to be translated into benefits like "Peace of mind, never overpay for electronics" or "Stop searching, we have the models to suit your needs"
How to improve: You must sell electronics as packages. Have 3 packages. Make people select a choice; I want to a) Be the king of entertainment (>$10k) b) Impress college buddies (> $2k) c) Replace old stuff (<$2k)
Having made a choice, the site will then spit out a package with reccomended items....which you can also mix and match with other items
If the prospect doesn't make a choce, the system asks to put her on a mailing list
done...that's an interesting way to sell electronics
market it as "Discover what's your ideal entertainment package"..sort of like those "What kind of dog are are you" quizes
People like to take quizes...it gives them a free benefit (knowing my ideal entertainment package)

Compared to Best Buy on the 46 and 52 XBRs we are up to $800 less than them.
We have much better prices on most models. Free shipping usually does apply also, but not for Sony, and Panasonic. Samsung Sharp, and a bunch others we offer free shipping.

that's right. yours is not a scenario fit for price and range differenciation, because your competition is better at these parameters...or almost as good, and even if they are not, you'll have a hard time convincing prospects of that fact, because of entrenched perceptions
you gotta compete on lifestyle fit
the way you sell electronics must be a better fit to people's lifestyles than ebay
this is achieved when the system asks the person about her lifestyle and spits out a recommendation. ebay doesn't do that, and will never do that.
maybach is a great example of how the company uses fit to differenciate it self. there's a lot of luxury cars, but maybach is the only one where you go through an elaborate buying process that has you waiting for 6 months and specifying a choice of over 200 options
you gotta do the same with electronics if you can't get price or range differenciation
ideally, you want to have 3-4 different packages and have people put them selves on waiting lists.
you need to make the customer feel special by putting them on a list. that's something they'll remark about to their friends. right now, you're selling electronics. that's bad. what you need to do is sell people a change in lifestyle.
and anyway, you understand these concepts.
I have absolutely no bloody idea why your current marketing mix is the way it is. it's uncompetitive.
